Actually this one is tricky, because the model doesn't include the head. It covers the neck and the shoulders only, so every cosmetic goes to the medics head.

wow, very nice i still want it in the game, also when you bone merge a hat on medic with that on will it go on the mini medic head or the place where the head used to be?
