@BuzzMeeks This mod didn't replace all the portraits at the first place. It just replaces most leader portraits and most generals and admirals portraits for some major countries.

Works fine for me. I think if this mod only replaces icons and portraits the update shouldn't have impact

I really don't get this (or any other portrait mod for that matter) to work.
Whatever position in the load order I choose, the standard portraits stay the same, or some get replaced, while others do not. Is there something I can do, for the mod to work, or is it a matter of update and I just have to wait?
