I can see the resemblance, but no. That truck is not a Freightliner, nor a Peterbilt, so it's not any existing variant of Optimus Prime. However, it does have the same mods and deco as ROTB Optimus Prime. I see where you're coming from, but it's not the exact Prime we all know and love.
