My apologies, it should be working now. Somehow, when I was updating an exclusion yesterday, I wiped out the ability decks and spec data. Remember kids, always check your work before you save. ;)

I think you forgot to add the ability decks and the spec leveling. The ini file just has the spec definition and the exclusions.

I hate to be the first guy.... BUT..... whenever I choose field surgeon, that soldier has zero abilities and the mouse-over for soldier abilities gives the message "rookies must be promoted before...blahblah". That is the message after promoting them. Like others, I really do appreciate all the mods and seriously, you do awesome work Drumax :)
