Thank you very much. Rgds
Thanks and rgds.
If you're using the Quick Soldier Info mod deactivate that before launching the mission, afaik you can save and re-enable it when you're in mission.
Your mods are not generating the problem which is good to know. I have reinstalled them of course, and I will have to keep investigating.
Thanks and rgds
I'm going to try to restart the mission from a backed up file, but without the lighting mod.
I'll keep you informed in case I find something interesting.
I also use various maps mods, so maybe it could come from there, but I believe that the plot involved is not coming from a maps mod. I'll recheck to be sure.
By the way, your lighting mods are really good. They do bring a different flavor to the game. I should have said it earlier....
This is a common issue when using and removing map packs (not the lighting maps) during the campaign. Could be a pure coincidence as well.
This issue is most likely unrelated to lighting mods.
Still, the only way to know more would be to post a crash dump (the .dmp file, NOT the log file) on XCOM2 Modding Discord.
From investigating into the lauch log, I find that this is the map that tries to load
Plot_WLD_AvDef_MdObj_Ravine
Any possibility that there is some kind of impact of the weather pack on this particular map ?
It's probably not my mod, as none of the lighting maps in my pack are assigned to Abandoned City maps as default (unless you made some config tweaks).
Are you using this mod as well? Looking at the comments, some people reported the comments about the dusk map from that mod.
If you want to be totally sure about the map name, you could download this console command and enter it during the tactical mission with that weather active.
Sorry about that, but there's been a lot of modded lighting maps released recently, and simply telling me the map's time of day doesn't cut it anymore.
I wonder if there is a value somewhere to make rain intensity higher for terrifying thunderstorms!
At this time of year,
at this time of day,
in this part of the country,
localized entirely within your
Operation in New Brazil?!
(Having a bit of laugh but I really appriciate the mod it gets the enviroment to a much better level than the blue night, green apocalypse, early morning, and plain fog that come with the in game weather)
If you need something fast, you can check how the Cloud Shadows config is set up, as it removes the base game maps from the list and adds the custom maps instead.
also just curious does RainPctChance does anything?
Wondering does the rain and snow only appear on specific times a day or can I see those effects day/noon/night?
