(And yeah, @Kimmy, you can get in hole - there a gap in ceiling of cage and stacked stuff on left that Scout can get on)
The minigame is really cool, confusing at first on what the players are supposed to do. Does the score mean something? Like, does it give some bonus for BLU, for example, if they score more points than RED? The map also has very few Halloween props. Except for a few burning spots and pumpkins, it's hard to tell that it's a Halloween map.
The pentagram on the ferris wheel looks very cool. If the map was set during nighttime like every Halloween map and had some more Halloween props, maybe it would look better.
