out of the .modinfo seems to fix the HQ and Production Bug at the Cost of the Trait. But at least it's playable again.
After building an Old Earth Relic the Iron Pact will get ridiculous amounts of growing yield for energy, culture and science (like 6-10 growth per turn). Please look into it.
