All the guns of the empires units are now listed as placeholder, anyone experiencing this? or is it because of the latest update?

Okay, this mod is still functional but it needs an update in several categories. One, the Eisenbombers do not match the unit cards as a standard one seems to be a Reikland one. Second, artillery units are in the marksmen barracks rather then the forges. Standard province handgunners do not have stakes or defensive stakes. Finally, each province now gives a bonus to units instead of just noting where they are from. For example, Reikland provides increase armor piercing, Wissenland increase ammo, and Hochland increases weapon range.

Any plans to update, including the stats bonuses like increase armor priecing damage from Reikland and black powder ammo size increase from Wissenland.

As for the upgrade screen, min has them all and isn't stretched but they are stacked diagonally and are also almost on top of each other. The other issue i'm having is that i cannot seem to recruit the provincial versions of each unit.

The middenheim habukschutzen is recruited from the the firearm building in Altdorf. None of the buildings in the provinces allow me to build the GOTE versions. I feel like it might be something with my list. I'm running Chop chops empire collection atm.

The UI for the Unit Upgrade functionality is pretty tough to work with. I think the overflow is related to your screen resolution. Is it possible for you to bump it up to see if upgrades are visible?

@Nightwhisper if the author of that submod wanted to reach out, I'd be happy to work with them. The upgrades for all these Sigmars Heirs variants could actually be included in the submod for the main GOTE mod, because as of my last patch, the main_unit tables for these variants are actually in the main mod. All he needs to do is add a ton of database entries to the purchasable upgrade to unit table, and all should work.

I'm aware that this might be a big ask, but I figured I'd give it a shot anyway because it's genuinely a cool idea.

So I use this mod as well as the mod Imperial Armory which adds scrap type upgrades to the Empire roster. There's also a submod that adds IA to your GOTE mod as well (Well two but one is apparently out of date), but not a submod that adds said upgrades to the regional units you made in this submod. Would it be possible for you to work with the creator of the submod that adds IA to your GOTE to make another submod effectively creating triangle compatibility?

If you can't that's genuinely fine, as I said in the beginning this is a rather big ask. Thanks for your time!

Make sure you have this and all related mods actually updated and post a specific crash error if possible. I have tried several combinations with this complex of cross-compatibility, but obviously could have missed something.

Im using sigmars heir, sfo, and guns of the empire, and im also using all the compatibility mods, but when im playing the empire there are alot of missing units, for example the imperial foots are unrecruitable

CTD too, but without any automatical crash report. It's fine when only use guns and sigma's heir, is this mod just for SFO?

Are they suppose to be all identical in stats between each other? Also, for some reason Crusader and Expedition variant have less HP by around 3-4k than other variants. Im using this with SFO.

hmm, there is a slight incompatibility with the Old World Mod, it treats Espeth's faction as though she is Volkmar so instead of Wissenland versions of GOTE, you got the Crusaders instead.

This does not address upgrades for units at all, no. The database records for the Unit Upgrade are awkward and extremely sensitive to duplication. I have fixing up that compatibility on my soon to do list.

For @Eric @Buffalo and @Cat-Nine and anyone else asking about SFO, I just patched to add some things to this and my existing SFO submod so all can work together. The existing SFO GOTE patch will now also rebalance these guys if you are using GOTE, SFO, and Sigmars Heirs together, but you still need this mod to enable the provincial units.

This is technically adding something like 45 units, but they will be balanced for vanilla. I may be able to move some tables around and incorporate SFO balancing for these provincial units right into the main SFO patch for Guns of the Empire.
