- Fixed Conservatives picking Nationalist side too often

- Made the Localisations for other languages not empty but english instead so its playable
- Fixed Anarchist Party name and some other bugged ones

- Overhauled Party Attraction for the Market Liberal/Liberal Conservative party: it will actually attract liberal conservatives and be able to get powerful if conditions are right

The Problem with parties splitting is a problem that happens due to vanilla calculations and the lack there of for parties in government, I can look at ways to fix it.
Also, not sure if this is possible, but can you try to make IG's change their party during elections? The party swapping occurs several times before the next election, creating a lot of legitimacy problems, with one party in the government splitting off into 3 parts for sometimes unclear reasons, mostly when they lose the "recently joined party" modifier.
