It uses a very simple character replacement script that targets a name and character type.
This mod does use the factions_tables entry for Skaeling to set the AI army preferences to favour cavalries. It does have the side effect of setting the blending with the red longship icon from TOTN with the vanilla blue flag.

Felman Ingersson's appearance is inspired by the cover art of Rome Total War: Barbarian Invasion, and the Spangenhelm is quite similar to the later nasal helmets used by the Normans.

I love the concept of this mod, this is how I always wanted to play Norscan as without playing Wulfrik. Not being able to face Mixu's elector counts can be a downside but I guess that's the sacrifice I'm willing to make. Thank you!
