broken, 7/12 captains got missing texture.

This is broken for me as well. I even tried editing the capConfig.lua to only have the first 5 races but it's just not functional. Missing textures everywhere.

I see that now 7/12 of captains got "missing texture" icon. I suggest to keep capConfig with 5 races for this mod and add capConfig with 12 races for your extension. That will fix the issue

Thanks. Feel free to reach out to me on Discord with feedback and or Ideas. I am going to add more races later. But I want to explore doing it as a separate mod this way people can add the ones they want to the base pack. A more modular approach. Currently Real Captains only supports one Image pack but I have an idea and a possible way around that limitation. We will see.
