You have a mod replacing the textures used for the explosions. We can't fix this - this is something with your game that you have to fix.

i downloaded it anyways the molotov doesnt damage anything except poison headcrabs i am using headcrabs mod thing by sabre with vfire

lower the texture resolution and ill be happy to use it im trying to save storage lmao

there is a problem with the grenade launcher. when the grenade explodes the magenta and black checker texture appears, i have no idea why

This is a TFA Base issue - we cannot fix this. A workaround is to play multiplayer locally instead.

There is a problem where the melee or shoving/bashing doesn't have an animation. So i'm using third person mode and when I perform melee it just doesn't move or do anything but I can still hurt things in front of me.

Due to limitations of TFA Base and issues with decompiling the Military Sniper, they don't have bashes.
Grenades won't ever have bash because it's base doesn't support it.

The Pipe Bomb, Molotov, and Military Sniper don't have shoves.

this addon somehow messes with flashlight textures when i try to replace them but otherwise, good mod

nice addon :D though i do have some problems with it:
explosions from the pipe bomb and grenade launcher are glitchy (i have l4d2 mounted) but thats mostly fine since i dont really use the grenade launcher in l4d2 :) btw can you add melee to this addon? its fine if tfa doesnt support melee weapons, i prefer pistols in l4d2 :D

kinda glitchy on a good pc, first time ever playing gmod and using mods and the grenade launcher is buggy - theres purple textures spitting out lol (this was the first mod i downloaded and no others downlaoded)

My laptop with an i3-7100U and integrated graphics can run this mod without issue
If you're crashing or experiencing lag, that's 100% your fault - trim your add-ons, get rid of any "fps" or "performance" autoexec or config, factory reset gmod, and don't pirate game content.

I have tested myself and with others without L4D2 mounted, with no mods besides TFA base, and everything works just fine. you are right, I do not care if you have a bad computer, that is not our problem. there is nowhere where I state this is meant to be the most optimized weapon pack out there.
another thing, I do *not* make mods for the workshop. I make mods for myself and my friends. I only release them publicly in hopes others will like it as much as me and my friends do, and so far it seems most do.
also why would there be a november update? there is nothing more to add, and as I stated in the description, a separate pack with melees will be released at some point in the future. I will do what I can to address the missing particles, though I really do not know what more to do as all my tests have shown zero issues.

They don't give a damn if you have DirectX 9.0 or your computer is a toaster, they don't know how to optimize particles and models, that's why the crashes. Look, they don't even have a November update. There are L4D2 weapon mods that are better optimized than this thing.

If you're running in directx 8, move to directx 9

everything works properly on my end, even with all mods disabled. I recommend to comb through your addons, searching for things that may be conflicting somehow.
