Is this mod outdated?

Doesn't work with a mod. My marshal (commanding troops, not other marshals or generals) gets left with a "*/8" limit (probably because the traits don't remove those 8 additional spots added by one of my mods). The marshal commanding OTHER commanders does work as intended though, which makes me believe that the problem is the one i provided above.

Suspected mod: road to 56 (only mod i have which could possibly alter max army size for commanders)
