Not that I think this mod is pointless, it helps those who would rather not mess with the console, but for those of us who tinker with it a lot already, making our own cfg files for these things is second nature by now.
Do it at the start of your game, and then 'forget' about it.
Does not require cheats, just console access.
It's possible just need to change 200 value to 999999
With this mod with health kits you go past 100 hp up to 200 hp.
