idk why but it doesnt work for me, i tried endabling and disabling the 2 of my crowbar mods (one is a reskin the other is a fix for miss hitting bug) so please fix it

I think I've fixed this. It might be overridden by difficulty cfgs that overwrite it, so I snuck it in as a higher number too.

@vitamin Celsius I don't understand why, but the mod isn't working for me. I have it on the top of my list, and it ceases to work. Its most likely a issue on my end, im not complaining, im just letting you know unless something broke.
