Damn it, I really want the dynamic muzzle flash and burning enemies.. it will basically complete my HL2 remaster

I just tried the original from ModDB, and it seems it's not working either. I fear it's only working on the 2013 version and didn't survive the update.

Yeah. Really isn't. The console commands which are supposed to come with the graphics and light parts are also not implemented. I guess it's not loaded at all?
