FF97 was trying to more directly recreate the leak aesthetics with texture replacements & all that. This was just a cheap and easy method to make something that worked in all maps & with all skyboxes. It just applies a $color2 command to the VMT to make it look like piss.

HDR universally looks terrible anyway so I keep it off.
You mean the hospital attic fight, right? Working for me. Are you using the legacy version or the Workshop upload?

What's the map name? I'll see if I can find out what's going on. Worked for me, but I was also using a local copy so maybe it's a workshop quirk.
