I would love that every Black Mesa asset that has been changed to Blue Shift be ported into Black Mesa for the consistency, because I don't like how that there's some things that have been changed for Blue Shift (Tram, Weapons, etc) which ruins the consistency between those 2 games. I was originally gonna wait for an addon where Blue Shift's assets has been changed back into Retail Black Mesa's but I prefer HECU Collective's visuals better

that's technically what I did but, I had to do just a bit more than that :D

some of the textures used in BS used different texture scale values, so when they were imported into base game - they were pretty broken. And also a lot of other stuff fixed/edited so it works fine

Prop replacement technically would work as long as the prop has the same orientation and location as the original prop, if you change all the names of the BMBS props both externally and internally to their BM counterparts.

Sadly that's not possible, at least for new remade props like the powerboxes. They're prop_static's and replacing them also means all the maps will have to be recompiled again

They look worse than the original textures. How are removing parallax/bump mapping are going to make anything look better? In some scenes they are less pixelated but all detail in og textures are now gone and in others they have too much of detail. Were they made with AI? They feel like AI.
