This mod broke achievements for me, couldn't get Lambda Locator beacuse of it. It nullified all progress I've made. Once I unsubscribed from this, the achievement started progressing as normal. I think you may need to look into this.

PSA: If it doesn't work initially, switch to a different episode and then switch back. That made it start working for me.
