@darkerbeats Then you have wrong settings.
darkerbeats 6 Jul @ 5:37pm
Yeah, flickering trees, blurry cities, etc...
Tycherious  [author] 24 Jun @ 3:25pm
@Eagles reach out on discord so you can show screenshots and submods.
Eagles 24 Jun @ 3:18pm
did all that and still flickering
Tycherious  [author] 24 Jun @ 1:48pm
@BaggeeN^ Are you sure you did everything? Turn AA down to it's lowest setting, turn SSAO off, turn distortion effects off.
BaggeeN^ 24 Jun @ 12:10pm
Hi man, still the same problem with the trees! Whats you discord so I can join your channel?
Eagles 19 Jun @ 12:31pm
my bad didn't see, did you find any fix though?
Tycherious  [author] 17 Jun @ 4:34pm
@Breepzz @Rácz @Eagles @i am fast as f boy
Hey boys, reach out on Discord—I'll jump on Attila tonight and share my settings, etc. I’ll also start looking into what’s causing the issue.

If possible, grab a screenshot of the problem. If not, a short 5-second video of the stuttering would be great. Try to pinpoint which trees or assets are flickering—if I can identify the type, I might just be able to remove or replace them.

There could be a few reasons why it’s happening, but this will help narrow it down, I'm really busy so would appreciate some help in fixing this issue for yall.

Thanks!

its the trees that are flickering for me
Rácz 16 Jun @ 3:54pm
Any ideas why it gets so stuttery and just flickers whatever settings used, anti aliasing or not all texture quality? If i zoom out it looks really bad. I have no idea.
Casual Jesus 5 Jun @ 1:55pm
By my deeds I honour you! Thanks.
Tycherious  [author] 4 Jun @ 11:59pm
@Casual Jesus Check out my collection, that's the correct load order, choose any mods amongst that to mess with.
Casual Jesus 4 Jun @ 7:20pm
Just came across all your mods (except HRE, can't find that one. Is it included in an existing download under a different name?). Does load order matter? I keep seeing different recommendations across all the different submods. Thanks!
Tycherious  [author] 4 Apr @ 5:52pm
@Mitro Should be fine to work on any total war attila variant that does add it's own campaign assets. So very likely yes and base game, and other overhauls as well.
Mitro 3 Apr @ 4:24pm
this work with classical empires?
Tycherious  [author] 1 Apr @ 3:39am
@Breepzz I loaded it up and it seems to be working normally for me, like in the screenshots.
Breepzz 31 Mar @ 6:21am
Everything on campaign map is flickering, full of pixels. Without AA and with
Tycherious  [author] 12 Mar @ 3:23am
@steesh86 With the sort of box shaped force explosion looking things? Turn off distortion effects.
steesh86 3 Mar @ 2:34pm
For some reason this mod causes fire and some missile / projectiles effects to become pixilated
and blocky. Anti-ailing is turned off and graphics are set to high but not ultra. I also have good FPS. It is not as if my rig can't handle Attila:

- CPU: Intel Core™ Ultra 9 185H 16 Core-Processor
- Memory: 32GB LPDDR5x RAM
- Storage: 1TB NVMe M.2 SSD
- GPU: NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 4060 8GB

Any suggestions?
Tycherious  [author] 28 Jan @ 8:56pm
@Mingles Good catch, but it's actually the other way around, my friend! A few other submodders helped me remove some trees that were causing FPS drops and ensured that the snow remains as it is in vanilla. But to keep it simple, they were the ones who transferred all the assets to Attila and integrated them into the game. I just trimmed certain elements that were already functional and made sure the 1212AD settlements and some of their assets stayed intact. 😉

Beltane: Next Generation Campaign Maps

hey tycherious please go look at the mod that i typed at the top of my comment i believe this author has copied and used some of your assets i dont know if this is with your approval or not but the campaign map changes are oddly similar and i you read the comments it seems like someone else (below mine in that chat) has caught on to this guy stealing, now if im wrong my bad but go take a look
Tycherious  [author] 27 Jan @ 2:30pm
@yasirnazari2011 My name is 'tycherious' on discord. Reach out there with screenshots of your load order and we'll go from there! :)
yasirnazari2011 27 Jan @ 12:08pm
For some reason doesn't work? I've placed it with the effects one too at the top with just the 1212 mods on and at the bottom can you please help me thanks

Tycherious  [author] 15 Jan @ 4:20am
@chevalier1982 Thanks for the feedback!
chevalier1982 15 Jan @ 12:24am
@Tycherious, it was distortion, uncheked it).
P.S. Tried different settings, combinations - SSAO works normal for me. Shadows are the most
influencing thing for me (I use quality or even lower).
Tycherious  [author] 14 Jan @ 2:26pm
@chevalier1982 The effects don't belong in Attila, that's why you've got this issue. Don't worry, super simple fix... Go into your graphics settings and untick all of the boxes on the right except for blood on. Let me know if you enjoy! :)
chevalier1982 14 Jan @ 1:18pm
Playing with your effects mod, I've noticed strange thing - during siege on campaign map the shockwave effect from catapults firing- is square, not round.
Tycherious  [author] 1 Jan @ 2:25pm
@pavlo when paired with my 4tpy mod it will change between the four seasons. All seasons are unique.

@Mao Gong - Thanks I'm glad you enjoy!
Mao Gong 27 Dec, 2024 @ 5:46am
Great mod!
pavlo 18 Dec, 2024 @ 10:19am
does the appearance of the campaign map change every season? intresting . Good job
Tycherious  [author] 8 Dec, 2024 @ 9:07pm
Be sure to always disable anti-aliasing when using my mods.
Tycherious  [author] 7 Dec, 2024 @ 5:18am
Pavlo, the purple trees are actually spring flowers. If they look bad maybe adjust your settings.

Emir, same thing, try adjusting a few settings. I’m not at my PC right now to test it myself, but some graphics cards have encountered that issue. With a bit of tweaking, you should be able to resolve it.
pavlo 6 Dec, 2024 @ 12:58pm
are these screenshots up to date? the campaign map is full of purple elements that look like flowers
Emir Ismael 5 Dec, 2024 @ 1:32pm
is it me alone or the mod is like that ?

the campaign trees textures in winter looks awful while covered with snow (which is all of Europe)
shadows are flicking all over the place
Tycherious  [author] 5 Dec, 2024 @ 1:20pm
@Varo'lu the no bordered version was requested by a player for immersion. He prefers the campaign map without borders what else can I say?
Varto'lu 4 Dec, 2024 @ 11:41am
What is the difference between this mod and “No borders version”?
Tycherious  [author] 30 Nov, 2024 @ 7:09pm
@DuxBiscotus You can find me in the 1212 Discord, in the submodders channel. I'm there daily and actively looking for testers to try out a few packs I'm working on!

@Pinguinus I agree with you totally! It was a pain to get those assets together as they were from another modder (Mercenary). But you should try!
DuxBiscotus 30 Nov, 2024 @ 5:55am
Beautiful mod, really nice work mate! This really freshens the whole campaign map!! Just two questions: will you work on the AoC map as well? Also, is there a discord? With all your mods being out, it could be nice to centralise everything for players to directly engage / help each other out
Epicurean Penguin 30 Nov, 2024 @ 4:12am
Thumbs up. Though I think this vibrancy does not suit vanilla campaign's apocalyptic setting, it suits MK1212 and other settings beautifully. My only nitpick would be the ToB's pink cherry bushes, they do not blend well in desert areas and I would rather see the regular ones instead.
Tycherious  [author] 29 Nov, 2024 @ 5:03pm
@F2O There's a fresh version out now I released for you.
F2O 29 Nov, 2024 @ 12:35pm
Hi, first of all, thanks for the mod. Absence of region borders felt unusual, but I find it immersive. Could you upload region borders-less version of mod, please?
will_rommel 29 Nov, 2024 @ 9:21am
Thank you for the borders, they didnt appear at first but when i captured a new settlement they are now back. Regarding the trees flickering i did further testing and can now confirm it to be a vanilla issue. For some reason it just appears more obvious with the assets so it might be light or particle related.
Tycherious  [author] 29 Nov, 2024 @ 6:03am
Update:
Introduced region borders!
Eliminated the yellow fog in Greece!
Adjusted required mods to include the second part: the assets mod!
will_rommel 29 Nov, 2024 @ 4:53am
@Tycherious Regarding the flickering it's hard to capture on screenshot, but i made one that show two types of trees. One does it and the other don't. It's in southern France that you can see the 2 varieties on the same screen. To produce the phenomenon, just gently push the "Forward camera" button once and watch happen when the camera stop moving. I will try to send you the screenshot in private. The driver you provided didn't seem to improve this effect sorry.

Also, regarding the highlighted borders between province that are missing, is it intended?

@mohamed_medhat87 Thanks! I'm thrilled to hear you're enjoying it! 😊
@will_rommel Hi! You're not alone—check out my other comment. Downloading drivers for the Thrones of Britannia DLC and TWWH2 might resolve the issue.

If anyone can share a screenshot of the flickering, it would be a big help!

Don't worry—I'll figure this out and update everyone soon!
Tycherious  [author] 28 Nov, 2024 @ 10:07pm
@AutarchSpar09, ensure all your drivers are up to date. If needed, I can provide a download link for drivers originally designed for WH2 and Thrones of Britannia, as that might be what's needed to get rid of the flickering and any errors that are causing the issue.
AutarchSpar09 28 Nov, 2024 @ 6:55pm
@Tycherious I'm also noticing the same thing about the trees as well the city walls getting the same flickering once you zoom in.
