It is better to download a mod for each game. Yes, you can download a mod for HL2 EP2 here, and it will work in other episodes. But then some textures will be displayed incorrectly in HL2 and EP1, because these games use some textures with the same name and paths to them, but the textures themselves are different. And it is precisely because of the peculiarities of the mod structure in Steam Workshop that it turns out that I cannot make mods work separately for each game, as it works with manual installation.
