1 out of 5 mod. Guns look like Roblox toys, he changed the vehicles so they feel like they are dragging 30 tons behind them, covenant vehicle bullets randomly disappear, night sequences are darker then dark and combine that with bright energy weapons from the enemy you can't see anything, unnecessary parkour, questionable mission markers that make you spend half the game wondering where to go

this is up their with my favorite halo mods every time i play it i enjoy it more i love the halowars the only thing i want to add is even more of a feeling of hopelessness like in the op cutsen may be more dead spartans? not sure how to do it tho plzzzzzz make more

With the updates you've made it is far more enjoyable to play. The checkpoints could be more numerous as an unlucky death can make you replay long engagements. With the increased velocity and range of enemy weapons as well as damage tables the Normal difficulty feels like Heroic at times. The grenade launcher is super cool with its custom reload but its damage is so mediocre against elites. But THANK GOD! You added waypoints! The first time I played I was wandering for hours on end in the night time parts. Huge quality of life, well done.

Overall a very fun mod with some super cool weapons and enemy encounters. One thing I'd add would be more ammo drops as I kept being low ammo after most firefights.

This is nothing short of amazing. Really love the feel of it especially the weapons and firefights are super fun with the big set pieces. My ONLY gripe is the first level with the rock jump bit but it was small so can't fault it too much but other than that it's beautiful!

I wasn't able to pick up weapons or drive vehicles with a controller while playing this mod, but I enjoyed what level design I could glimpse really greatly. Thanks for making it :)

This is precisely what I had wanted more out of Halo, fighting the seemingly inexhaustible alien threat on our own turf. Excellent atmosphere, full of desperation and heroic moments. Love the art style, that kind of downgrade always makes the game feel mysterious and otherworldly.

One of the most striking moments for me was fighting in the trenches when a distant explosion lights up the sky to reveal the silhouette of the frigate with search lights scouring the ground. That whole section felt like a desperate fight. Good job.

The biggest downside for me was AI voice acting, while I understand the want for some exposition and direction given by voiced characters, using AI took me out of the experience a little.

I hope you make more missions in the Halo universe, this was overall fantastic.

It's good, some combat encounters feel a little weird and the music sometimes may feel a little off. It gives off a hopeless atmosphere and I don't think the H3 OST really fits, the Reach track at the start does tho. Loved the inclusion one of the fallout tracks while searching for marines in the dark, felt immersed.

I love this mod. Something really specific but I love that you can hop in the back of the pelican even though that isn't apart of the mission objective. That was something that kinda bummed me out in OG CE as a kid years ago. Not only that, But I found out that if you hop in the pelican until it completes its flight path, the pilot will just die, and you can hop in the and start flying it! IDK if this is supposed to be a thing but please keep this.

The only thing that really takes me out of it is the obvious use of AI voices for a lot of the characters but I also understand that voice actors might not be high on the priority list.

really awesome, played through on heroic, for the first big city segment i'd recommend killing the invisible elite, get the plasma suppressor and make a mad dash to the end of the area near the crater, use the suppressors alt fire to knock other vehicles over including the ghosts and take the kangaroo APC to slowly clear out the remaining enemies.

It was much longer than I thought - that's a great thing! I played on Heroic, which according to the description of the mod, that's a mistake - and it was very notable during the first city segment as it was just too much chaos going on at the same time. There were too many enemies and with very unbalanced weapons (fuel rod cannons effectively were snipers - the concussion rifle was also very annoying

This made me quit the game as I just kept on dying to stupid things and the checkpoints were lacking. Then at the night segments - it wasn't exactly clear where I should be going as it was too dark and there's no waypoints.

Overall, I will give this mod 7/10. The early 2000s aesthetic really did give that nostalgia to me, made me feel like I was playing a mod from 2007-08. Was waiting for Breaking Benjamin or Linkin Park to play to top it off.

very fun mod, the weapon sandbox is REALLY opened wide, tons of variation to spice up engagements. mod is a little less polished in some places, mainly with projectiles floating in the air or friendly and enemy ai running into walls for eternity. thoroughly enjoyed this, highly recommend.

Good stuff. Completed Co-Op on first session, mostly works as it is now. A few areas you will not respawn even if teammate is safe so just revert checkpoint. About halfway through when you walk into the building with all the sandbags at the end of the daytime courtyard fight, have both players cross the door threshold at the same time otherwise one will get stuck in an unloaded part of the map.

For a second play-through challenge, try turning on Boom and Sputnik. Little unbalanced but with the gibs its the perfect mod for it.

This mod is so cool, especially when you get middle to later in the demo it blew me away. My only gripe is some of the human weapons shoot what appears to be tracers I'm assuming, but the bullets look a little more like plasma balls instead of tracers which threw me off a little.

Felt like commenting to say that this is overall one of the best mods that I've played. The start was a bit weak but then towards the middle and end of the level it was really enjoyable. Some weapon models could use some work being polished but overall a fun experience nonetheless. (The blast radius on that grenade launcher is massive. Love using it.)

Just finished it, atmosphere was amazing (loved the change from forest jungle into dark red trenches), beat it on Heroic although I did use the pelican to cheese through some parts. Weapons were fun to use. Enemies did have some odd range but counter-strike taught me to abuse corner deal with that. Amazing mod, so much appreciation.

Genuinely one of my favorite mods. Only thing I got to say is the friendly AI need to be smarter, more aggressive, and have more self preservation, seeking cover and stuff. Granted, I think this is more a fault of CE as a whole, as in base game they also were lacking, however the buffs to the enemies and extra content I believe shows to exacerbate this issue, ans as such the allies need to be buffed a bit to keep up. Another thing is I think the AR/UBGL needs a rework with how the UBGL works. The Grenade Launcher not being able to be reloaded, and you needing to search out other guns is just kind of silly. I don't know if its some error with how the scripting works that having one weapon need two reloads breaks it, so it can't be, but it just kinda feels off. I feel a trade off is to make the UBGL hold 3 shots before needing a reload like most mods that use the cut AR/UBGL.

I see what you were trying to do, and this is a very unique mod, you did alot of things really good but those fuckin... fuel rod sniping grunts, elite majors and tanks. While hiding in pitch black darkness to the point where even nightvision doesnt work is what makes this mod annoying, that and its only stuck to singleplayer.
