The green channel controls the phong exponent. The blue channel controls color tinting.
Parts/areas of the blue channel that are black will have no color tinting parts/areas that are white will be color tinted.

I'm working on a mask and for some reason when I load it into the client, the whole texture is color-tintable when I want none of it color-tintable. Would you be able to help me out? :)
