In addition to the missing <steamWorkshopUrl> - as reported earlier - you also have your 'About-folder' named without capitalization: "about"

While that won't matter on Windows at least, there are case-sensitive OS out there and that just increases the chance of the mod not working at all for some Linux-users or similar.

So, you might consider investing the 3 minutes of fixing those things - because it's really a simple thing but could cause people wasting hours trying to troubleshoot such silly mistakes.

I personally hate Sarg's art-style so much when it comes to the vanilla style and his mods' popularity (don't @ me on this if you disagree, I just do), but your style is amazingly faithful, and gorgeous at the same time. Wow! Fantastic work.
