I just used a $lightwarptexture for the shading, and I did not use any normals.

It should be a playermodel. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the addon and see if that fixes it, since this works fine for me and my friends

It isn't a player model for me. Did I do something wrong? It's a model for me, not a player model. So, I'm confused if it's supposed to be a model or not.
