nvm i solved it. looks like it conflict with gib mods. it did not show red on the addon sections.

and it's only happened in online.

@WNAL the one with red hoodie and one with stripped shirt in ld41 campaigns
while all of them in l4d2 campaigns are working fine and doesn't have bugs

Why does the roadcrew doesn't look like one, I remember the original mod having the Minecraft zombie with a hazard vest as a roadcrew zombie
