I don't see any specific handling for slow/fast soldiers, the game seems to use the same logic for all of these. (and there are no separate reward templates for that either)
but where do see the list?
As for which config to edit, I'd recommend asking in the XCOM 2 Modding Discord -- they'll likely know where to look if this is actually exposed to config.
yes its a covert mission type not, for possible reward like rank up on all mission, thought maybe you know how to remove it, ini entry in vanilla or so
As for the command: Where are you running the console command from? Does the command show up as a TAB suggestion if you enter part of it?
do you know how to remove increase combat intelliigence missions?
Note that if you're using the current build of Soldier Development Redux, you'll want to enable its bAllowCovertOpsStatBoosts setting when using this mod.
(next update will remove that system entirely, and link to this mod instead for those that want the feature)
