there are female soldiers you can get earlier in afghanistan, i think it's during the mission in which you destroy a bunch of tanks and ifvs (back up back down?)

No, it's a codename. I think she's the most remembered because she's one of the first female DD soldier you obtain from somewhere (idk it's been a while since I played MGSV)
