Hey I know it's not very mandatory but for visual pleasure:
There is one area on CT spawn going to that Window area where there is an open garage door with cardboard boxes. if you stand on the right and look outside you can see some map border inconsistency (not sure what to call it) basically some abrupt ending of a mesh into nothingness

idk what your working on at the moment but i wanted to come to the most recent map to suggest something, a map thats a combination of the rebel base in ep2_outland_08 and all of ep2_outland_09, with some possible added areas, i came here for this is the most recent.

Just a couple nitpicks i have are that the taxi cabs are white instead of being yellow (since csgo office clearly takes place in NYC) (the trash containers are also white instead of green), the light switches are ENORMOUS and like @Mr_R has pointed out, there are missing reflections on monitors and some outdoor lamps,
I also wanna point out that the wall textures over at the snowman area are a bit inconsistent and some of the pc setups are incomplete(?) like some are just a monitor and missing the case, mouse and keyboard!

Other than that great job with the summer conversion and i really like the skybox with a moving airplane and the nuke car passing by that makes the map lively!

The map is great! But a single problem, PC screens dont have textures and lights have almost the same issue, it's like it emits no texture

the office's outside reminds me of The Office.

lagged my pc for a bit but after a while worked fine... some of the textures of lights and monitor screens are either missing or require a dependency. can be ignored though. overall i enjoyed this one

@Mystic Monkey you could try ripping the file out of gmod, and putting the bsp file into sfms maps folder
