Can downloaded District Styles be used on this map?

Map doesnt work, there is gaps in the roads outside the map so no connection to anything.

@John-Y- do you have the Mass Transit dlc? I think I put highways from that dlc on the outside connections, but to be honest I don't remember.

Where is the road connection? my city population will not grow.

@amseabro thanks! There are only three interchanges on the map, and only one of them doesn’t lead to country roads. Mostly, there’s plenty of space for building, so I didn’t want to limit players to a specific tile.
