In several hours of play, there was no spawn either on the planet or in space near it. Only signals.

none of the planets have atmospheres except the Orlunda one(maybe MBR-457)

as for solar panels, not sure what could cause that
i didn't exactly test it but i made it for survival, probably should've made sure solar panels worked and etc
a fix to have solar panels work would be to open TSE editor and temp spawn a planet orbiting the star and removing it, should force the solar override to update itself and work

also, as for wreckages
No i did not place lore wreckages, idk find some NPC spawned ones ig - End of description

if you are looking for NPC spawned ones, double check to make sure they exist
pretty sure i left essential settings off by mistake probably since i used the empty world(RSS edition)

There are no ships or wrecks in this world. Just a starter pod. The turbine won't spin, the solars won't power up, though the lights are on. How did you envision growing under these conditions?
The only way I found was to collect small tubes from the signals to build two connectors and connect the pod to the base refinery. But I'm too lazy to do that in a scenario where there are no grids and no goals.
