Loot setting are Insane for fresh food, and Extremely Rare for non-perishable food. Before this mod, I couldn't find one damn cig. Tried to rework some B41 mods about that, like Better Smoker Drops, but honestly I'm pretty bad at Lua.
From my testing, cigarette packs do appear in the generic zombie loot table through the LootZed debug. I did increased the spawn chance it was roughly ~0.4% and now it should be ~1%.
For the error in chat I was also receiving it but it didnt seem to affect anything? Will continue to keep looking into it

and saw a pair too, I think I need to adjust it for myself
as far as I understand the mod's code, it's just cigarette packs not spawning with the zombies
ERROR: ItemPicker f:0, t:1736140765963> ItemPickerJava.ParseSuburbsDistributions> ERROR: SuburbsDistributions["all"] is broken
and it seems the cigarettes don't spawn at zombies.
