Lovely building! It's a pretty cool area of NYC.

I love how you paired this building up with the Vancouver Block building. That feels like an IRL reference of sorts, with Vancouver-based Aritzia occupying the space next door (87-89 5th Avenue). Maybe we'll get 87-89 5th soon too.
