Economic ideas got stuck on 1, cause second idea in tree have the same name as second in Infrastructure: Organized Construction

i dont think it matters, this mod should have all of those as a dependency so it ignores your load order, unless your mod is called something else for some reason. but if for some reason it does then what you wrote should be correct

Hi is the proper load order suppose to be:
Anbennar
Dev Points
Anbennar-Dev Point Compatch
Homebrew Silvertaped
Dev Points-Silvertaped Compatch

Most of the mods i play with have adm-adm policies and i dont play vanilla often so probably just forgot.

Admin ideas are working now. As for the policies, I don't believe you can get a policy from ideas in the same set, right? It's has to be a combo of different idea sets, like an adm+mil, adm+dip or dip+mil, yes? If that's the case, then as far as I can tell, everything seems to be good now.

Alright, i pushed the update, and i think everything is working now. I think that something is overwriting the policy that infra and admin have tho

PC is working again, and i found the problem. The first idea in Administrative is named the same thing as the 5th idea in infrastructure, so when you tried to increase admin ideas by 1, the game was checking if the 4th infrastructure idea was active, and if it wasnt, it would consume mana and give nothing, if you had the 4th infra idea, upgrading the 1st admin idea would increase infra to 5, if that makes any sense. should be fixed in a minute

Not to pester you, but just a reminder, the Administrative Idea set won't let you actually select any of its ideas. I have to use the add idea set command for it to work.

Administrative Idea set won't let me take any of its ideas. It uses up Adm points but doesn't actually give the idea. Went back and tested with only the base mods on to make sure. Otherwise everything seems fine.

Redownloaded and turned off absolutely everything that wasn't anbennar, dev points, silvertaped and this, even if it wouldn't affect anything those mods. Everything looks to be in order now, so I'll go through and see if a mod I had on might have borked something.

I should have updated the mod to change the name of Naval Ideas to High Sea whatever its called. also on my end court ideas have policies

Heroism Ideas are back, but now High Seas is missing and Court still doesn't have it's policies, so I'm now sure what's going on.

heroism ideas is soldnerheer0, which is not affected by my mod, not sure why it would be deleted, could be another case of the stupid

No worries. I'll double check and let you know if heroism got deleted. It's present in homebrew but it got wiped from this at some point.

Testing this with only anbennar and homebrew on. Court ideas is present and has policies for the other homebrew ideas. ???

Homebrew removes court ideas, my mod removes court ideas, but i think base anbennar is overwriting the basic_ideas.txt file, which makes no sense, but thats breaking everything

Court has no policies from Homebrew and Heroism is not modified in anyway by my compatch, its part of a different file.

That's fine, i'll just have to not pick naval, but Court is still missing the policies from homebrew, and the Heroism idea from homebrew is gone now.

NVM lmao i cant remove court or naval, doesnt matter that they literally dont load at all, they are still there. I think another mod is loading after my compatch, even though it shouldnt be. So sadly i cant do anything about this

Court Ideas yes, but it looks like homebrew removed Mercenary and replaced it with Heroism, and removed Naval, splitting it into High Seas and Amphibious Ideas.

Alright, i removed AIG infrastructure (homebrew one) and added the mining regulations to dev points infrastructure

I would say the one that gives dev points bonus, seeing as how this is a compatch for dev points. Just thought I'd bring it up because that's that one that has no policies after finishing it.

I updated it, so it very maybe might work now

The building files is now based on homebrew, so anything that is fucked is because of homebrew, all i did was add the base local dev points modifiers.

Im guessing this is because the dev points, because most of the buildings code is taken from that. Do you know if its just this mod or if its also the dev points mod?

This mods breaks seems to break dwarven hold restoration. It lets you click the button, but after it finishes the hold is still broken. Looking at the buildings.txt file and comparing to Anbennar, it seems like there is a bunch of special/unique buildings that are missing.

Yeah, thats a general issue with EU4 whenever you have more than 1 mod adding buildings, its the main reason why i made my strange combomod

Okay found a bug, if you click on a province, click to build a building and then hover over the armoury/bastion it crashes the game.
If you hover over it in the production menu your good, only when its on the province build menu
