I think the amount of rainfall in the new version is really too little. This module needs to be updated.
When using this module before, the water volume in the rainwater barrel was small and it would be quickly filled up when it rained. Now it really cannot be filled up.

Edit:
Ok, this mod does not fix the bug where a tile no longer collects rain. I use this mod and the bug still occurs in B42.7.

Hello. I too agree to Amenophis and could you also make your mod fix the buckets which are not filling in b42.7 after a crash too?
Amenophis 30. apr. kl. 10:54
Your mod isn't completely obsolete... I uncommented the lines of code to test, and it fixes a bug that occurs after a crash and causes a tile (no matter what you put on it, bucket or rain collector) to no longer collect rain.
So it doesn't fix the buckets (well, I don't think so), but it does fix the collectors, at least.

I don't think this mod is the cause, but since people were asking about troughs...
Can't tell if troughs are working, they all seem to be capped at 50ml of liquid...
I tried pickup and more putting a trough down to reset it... which just made it so that I can't interact with it via right-click to add water... but a game restart fixed that
All my animals have died or disappeared in the testing time :(

Can confirm...
Troughs fill with rain
Troughs fill with plumbed rain collectors above them :)
I think I got far enough away to say they are persistent too, but I'm not 100%

@georgedorn - i would guess that was a base game PZ bug in the update save transition process, but I can't be certain. In any case, the mod is no longer needed, so I removed all code and labeled it as obsolete so that people know to remove it.

I had this installed when the latest update that made it obsolete dropped. Now all of my troughs have 50ml capacity, instead of 50 liters (or 500 liters? not sure what 'normal' is). Picking them up and setting them back down doesn't fix that. Is that related to this mod, or a bug in PZ itself?

@poppajulietwhiskey it is a salut for either greeting or saying goodbye. Like in the military when they salut to greet higher ranks

o7? Has anyone tested new build on troughs?
Amroth 4. mar. kl. 9:21
B42.4 fixes this, but not sure about feeding troughs as it's not mentioned in the changelog. So it could still be needed for feeding troughs, if someone wants to experiment.
