when used in multiplayer it seems like it gets rid of flashlights entirely for clients that AREN'T the server owner and this error log would show up in their console

@Enviyon That's supposed to be the default behavior of the flashlight, but it depends on the player-model, some can be done right and some can be bugged so the flashlight is at your feet

this is really cool cause i've always had kind of a problem with how dim the gmod flashlight is and i really like this cause it makes it brighter.

Ulib seems to be conflicting with this addon on multiplayer

And also keep in mind the main difference of the addon is to show the flashlight from the player's actual POV, and not their playermodel hand/head

@Annex I tried to solve this by making the flashlight shadows start further away from the actual flashlight position if there was enough space, it worked fine with the playermodels I tested but every playermodel is different so I'll make it adjustable instead

Can this be made compatible with TFA? If a TFA weapon has flashlight attachment, whenever you turn it on you can't turn your flashlight off, not even the sound plays

broken on some of the player models, it shows their sillouhette really dark contrasted behind the light (also looks buggy with TacRP Weapons mod.)

Flashlight does not seem to activate at all in TTT2. Have to set sv_flashlight_override_default to 0 to get the old flashlight back, at 1 it just doesn't do anything sadly.

Okay, after a decent while since I last used this, it seems it does work better than I remember. However, the light still for some reason flickers when near bodies of water. Not entirely sure why because I did even try turning down water reflections down to simple in the case it was something related to that.

Good addon, but it is incompatible with flashlight's battery addons light AUX Power or even the default flashlight power

It interferes with every car addon that uses headlights binded to F, and I'm sure nobody likes seeing a glow/beam of light clipping through a car since it turns on every time you want to just use the car headlights.
