They deal the same damage, but their health is increased.

@Chatalang HL2: Aftermath was the original name for the episodes before it was changed. Also, apparently these models were from an episode 3 leak. They were a leftover from the episode 2 beta that was leaked. This was the same leak that gave us the green episodic bullsquid model.
