I'm just curious, but how the hell are you supposed to avoid triggering the alarm if ya can't disable the security systems?
I mean, that is what most robbers would do. They'd disable the security system before stealing anything

The key card is in the room with the security camera and the desk, open the desk and you will find money and the key

I found a secret! :D (Spoilers) In the room where you get the keykard, somewhere on the bookshelf activates a secret panel outside and to the right of the room, which leads to the room before the vault itself. Enjoy!

A how to guide (Spoilers!) Part three
The forklift will eventually stop at one point. DO NOT DO ANYTHING!! A truck will eventually arrive and back up to where the money is. Then press E on the money and it should load into the truck!

A how to guide (Spoilers!) Part one

The code for the back vault is (top left, center, bottom center). Then you want to go into the door on the right, then open the next door ( it should be unlocked ) then walk past the lazer when it's not on. Open the door and kill the guard on your right. Then turn right and open the first door on your left. Then go behind the desk and open the cupboard (use the gravity gun). There should be a key card. Take it and go into the hallway. Go into the room in front of the key card room. Kill the guard standing inside. Use the keycard on the right keycard scanner to turn off the laser. Then open the doors and kill the guard turned around. Go into the right passage (you can shoot the glass with the red button inside to turn off the alarm)

and kill the guards, turn right and kill those ones, too. Before you continue there is an alarm that will shut the final door so crouch-jump over the half triangle on the left. If needed, gravity gun burst the key card into the room ahead, then crouch jump over. Be careful, though, the alarm will also sense props. Then, use the keycard next to the keypad. The code is (center, top right, top left, center bottom) Then go inside and press (e) on the money on the forklift.
