I wanted to add a dive flag, but this overrides every other flag. Tried editing this mod instead since it replaces everything, but I cannot figure out how to edit the TXTR file and it's non-convertible online, any ideas?

the blue with 2 white stripes is Scotland
and the white flag with 2 red stripes is the Spanish Empire
