The ID-change for existing items was a little rough, but the update is otherwise really cool! All the new items looks great :lunar2019piginablanket:

Disabling the H.E.C.U. loading screen for vanilla, I have to check that.
But if you want to use another mods loading, youll have to change the mods priority.

Im so sorry for the issues, I wanted to publish the mod to gather feedback.
I made changes to the missing item IDs.
(I will post an update that should replenish the items with a game rollback.)
I dont see the need to rollback the mod, given the issues with the Steam API.

I always seem to find the Helms/Mask/Holsters, and had very minimal chance of finding the rest

They're found in military zones, the exact loctions is in the description.
When the update is released, I make some changes to the items spawn.
