@Nucleus Depends on how much time you spend. I made a USA remake and it took 6 days, but I spent around 6 hours minimum each day going up to like 12+ hours.

- For GFX, Photoshop (tho Paint.net is a good free alternative and I used it in the USA Rework)
- For code, Microsoft Visual Studio Code
- Resources like https://github.com/maximkawave/Big-hoi4-gfx-pack for making graphics

For learning how to code, I have used:
- The HOI4 Official tutorials
- The Iron Workshop
- HOI4 Wiki

Overall, searching what you want on youtube can usually grant you a good result.

@Nucleus Well, for something like this, where it's just one alternate path, it only took like a month and a half, but my USA Rework took like half a year. Though I'm busy a lot and I often procrastinate so it can vary by mod

I love the mod! It's honestly revolutionary, just two requests if you'd consider them. 1. I'd love if when you either restore the monarchy or the republic, the Russian flag wouldn't be the 1991 flag, I think it should be the flag it is today and the historical tricolour. 2. I think the portrait's for the democratic leaders should be reset to either their base game or their implement another mod with other portraits, no offence but the ones in this mod just look really weird like they were drawn in a book and put in the game, looks really displaced with the rest of the game. That's all I got, great mod nevertheless!
