@TheCraftNCreator it only means it's reasonable. Way harder mods have been beaten without attribution, there are enough broken things in vanilla for that.

@WhiteNight-twilight its cards are already more in line with endgame enemies rather than Urban Nightmare, it has a lot of HP and significant damage resistances. If it weren't injured, it would have no innate Burn, no Bleed gain and likely more Speed dice.

Did you burn "Book of Isobel"? You are not meant to obtain that one through any means. That one can drop "Springtrap."

There is a bug where when burning OGRE books, the core pages obtained are "spring trap"
And it cannot be equipped, all passive costs are 999

@WhiteNight-twilight there is no need to get so angry over what is ultimately a game. It's fine as long as you don't do it again. No hard feelings.
For this fight specifically, restrictions exist to enforce the intended tier (difficulty) you fight it on, Urban Nightmare. This forces the player to experience it as if they were still playing in Urban Nightmare rather than Star of the City or Impuritas Civitatis. You are still free to use whatever tools you have there, including those added by other mods.
There isn't really any other reason for it. Playing the game like this is not a new experience to the player as they must have already cleared that part of it by now and wouldn't even realize the difference if they added this mod before beating the game, so, I don't particularly mind restricting them on a basic level.
I am aware of Crowley's reputation. I will still make mods similar to it in the future though in different ways. It's not for everyone and I know that.

It is an Urban Nightmare level reception. The restrictions are to make you do it at Urban Nightmare level, so that it is actually challenging and interesting. If you really can't do that, you could probably just find some modded keypages and pages from urban nightmare or below that are stronger than vanilla.

You are free to use mods against this one if they qualify. Most likely are beyond what's intended, but the rules are fairly lax.
