This is the default Photoshop stain glass/crystalize filter. You should consider changing the pattern to something more original.

And maybe use park pigmented instead of kiln

Depending on the seed, the bullet belt is too distracting from the main pattern. Maybe either remove the belt entirely or incorporate the bullets into the pattern itself.
