There's no way to detect if a charger hit a alarm car in VScript.
At least I don't know.

If that is a plugin, it may also work for all source games. Since that probably based on the limitations of entity spawning.

The edict thing I noticed that to some TF2 servers for optimising any maps and it works very well. I just don't know it would be possible for L4D, just curious.

What do you mean by "set edicts back to 1"?
Do you mean solving "ed_alloc no free edicts"?
I think the only one safe way is modifying the map file, as it has too many edicts.

I'm curious if you can create a edicts refresher the edicts will set back to 1 in a few minutes. It's a map or source optimisation thing it will be a huge help for preventing game crashes.
