if you are already experiencing this error, this mod update can't stop the errors, so you will have to either edit the save (if singleplayer) or edit the characterdata (if multiplayer), and remove talents from non-assistants who have any of the following talents
- journeyman
- loyalassistant
- disloyalscum
- graduationceremony
