This mod is now part of the BETA Community Highlander v.1.30 mod, so if you are using that version, you don't need to use this mod

I've updated the mod that fixed a garbage collection crash, I'm very sorry about that... I thought X2Effect was an instanced class, so I could store variables there, I suppose not...

Please note that this mod might become part of the Community Highlander mod some time in the future, so if you want to wait, you don't have to install this mod.

If it does become part of CHL, I might make this mod private, since by this mod overriding base game classes, any changes in same classes in CHL will not work

@Frog_Sage I tried reproducing it and couldn't get my game to crash, perhaps some other mod overrides same classes as this mod and thus conflicts with one another... Anyway I've added a note to the description to enable the mod for a new campaign

Installed this mid-campaign and got CTD's on skyranger load after a mission. Disabling the mod fixed the issue. I usually have 200+ mods running so no saying what the conflict as. Just thought i'd let you know.

I've uploaded a demo to showcase the difference between vanilla and this mod, please see it above

@william09703 I think that mod is only for death animations working properly
@Austere Hare You don't need to do anything, this mod should work out of the box so units are actually knocked back a few tiles instead of getting stuck on geometry and getting up on the same tile they were standing on
