you will need a addon that alows you to browse sounds such as simple sound browser or asset browser or extended spawn menu
if you already have one of those then try looking for the addons name
as for the locomotives in the thumbnails they are private builds i made ingame
so no models included

i have a random question, but i dont want to be rude or anythink, when i download the addon and i look it up i cound not find it in the game. also the br 41 in the pichture, is it s fan made locomtoive you made and the other german locomotives??
