@mr. companion Gmod does actually have a mod very similiar to "Gorebox Gore"
It is a mod called Gibsplat 2 and I personally think it is one of the best gore mods on gmod

I found out that if you turn Gib Map Spawned ragdolls on you'll be able to annihilate any npc you can grab

yes, this is because the ragdoll zombie by default spawns without a headcrab on its head, it's like a separate body group, and it can be activated through the context menu

probably my addon conflicts with one of your installed ones, check all addons that change Ragdoll or NPC physics (except mine)

i got more feedback i saw you fixed the a lot of the issues like commands not working and the droped stuff teleporting to what i think was 0 0 0 on construct but uhhh idk how but the med packs are dropping at 0 0 0 but everything else is not
