They are definingly stupid strong in there. about 5 of them. And the one does have an insane bounty. It's a cool concept: A female anti-HN paladin that is strong and is building up her own little faction... but it is pretty out of place for the hub... It sort of reminded me of West Dragon from Bountied Galore . Only she has more normal stats

@Mitsurugi IIRC during one of my playthroughs, I found some high-level characters at the tower with OP stats, armor, weapons, some of them also had bounties with one having a very high bounty (I think it was 250k? Unsure). That aside, I am not sure.

You could try this patch out and see if it affects your system's performance at the Hub. I would also recommend checking out other mods you have installed if they also have additions and changes around the Hub.

Was there a point to the Black Tower and the Agents of Narko outside of getting Bhujerba? Legit considering this mod just to remove them since I cant be sure if its causing my slow down when loading in at the hub.
