In fact, I think you should design it so that when 3 people are in incapped state, only you can trigger this effect, because in Hard 28 mode, most of the time, 3 people incapped and 1 person survives in a desperate situation to fight against the 28 special infected

An option to disable the regen would be nice, just the adrenaline effect on its own

@CPOLA It's interesting, it could be great if the last survivor could push more and push faster, reload weapons faster, and maybe when attacking with melee weapons as the last survivor, attack faster :steamhappy:

Basically solo player trainer. The last man standing is our only hope. Let's hope he don't get caught too quick. :steamhappy:

you should add an damage buff to the Last Survivor, in shoving and melee damage! great mod as always!
